IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Please read carefully and thoroughly.

In order for us to give you the beautiful and complete photographic coverage that we promote, it is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY that the full wedding party and parents be at the church, dressed and ready for photographs, at the time that the photography is scheduled to begin.  Please have the florist deliver your flowers and decorations prior to this time.

 

Album Extras:
    Each album is custom made for an individual look.  Albums are not ordered until the final album choices have been made.  Any change in the number of pages or the design of the album should be made at the time the bride and groom's reorder is received at the studio.

 

Portraits on the Internet:
Portraits can be uploaded on the internet for guest and bridal party members to order.  An additional charge will be due based on the number of previews and the length the previews are available for purchase.

Art Services:
Each wedding is worked on by a team of artists to remove excess facial shine.  All other services are available if desired.

 

Payment Schedule:
 A $500.00 deposit is due when you reserve your date.  Half of the balance is due when you have your 30 day before wedding consultation.  The balance of the wedding is due on delivery of the previews.  Reorders are handled directly through the studio and can be mailed directly to the person reordering.

 

Other Cameras:
     We welcome guests and friends to take pictures AT THE RECEPTION.  We ask that no other pictures be taken during our portrait and altar photographic sessions.  Professional Videographers are always welcome.

The Everlasting Epic... a signature series:

      An exquisite wedding experience for the most creative couples.  The signature series coverage captures your special day in timeless color portraits and exceptional black and white portraits.  You will have a non-hurried day with unlimited locations.  We will help you plan your schedule to maximize your comfort.  Our design team will help you choose the style to fit your personality.  Special effects with lighting and camera techniques will be used throughout the day to create te style you choose.  Our design team will create your color album on 42 pages including one panorama page, 8x10s and 4x5s.  We will also design a custom black and white album with 12 pages.  You will receice all your originals in a preview case.  $4500.00

 

The Ageless Romance... a masterpiece collection:

       The masterpiece collection features timeless color portraits.  You will enjoy many features not included in the other wedding coverages.  We will help you chose the style to fit your personality.  You can chose one additional location.  Our design team will create our album on 32 pages including one panorama page, 8x10s and 4x5s.  We can also help you plan your schedule to put you more at ease.  You will receive all your originals in a preview case.   $3000.00

Chapters of Adoration... the classic series:

Included in the classic series is coverage during the ceremony and 3 hours of reception coverage.  This coverage includes the classic style with all of the special touches that will make your wedding memories exquisite, including special lighting at the reception.  Your album is designed on 24 pages with 8x10s and 4x5s, and you will receive all the originals in a preview case.   $2400.00

 

Love Poems... the traditional series:
          This straightforward coverage is a traditional style of photography.  It is our basic wedding coverage with 2 hours before and during the ceremony and one hour of reception coverage.  You receive that same special Paul Kenney Studio care and expertise, plus all of your originals in a preview case.   $2000.00
DIGITAL SERIES - for clients who want the flexiblity of digital photography...

 

Digital Series #1:

          This package includes traditional photography with basic coverage an hour before the wedding, unlimited ceremony coverage, and one hour reception coverage.  You will recieve the same Paul Kenney Studio care and expertise, plus all original files on a disc at the end of the night.  $975.00

 

Digital Series #2:

            Included in this series is coverage one hour before the ceremony, unlimited ceremony coverage and three hours of recpetion coverage.  You will receive all original files on a disc at the end of the night PLUS a slide show DVD of all ceremony and formal portraits which will be set up at the reception for all guests to view.   $1250.00

 

Digital Series #3:

            This coverage includes one hour before the ceremony, unlimited ceremony coverage and three hours  of reception coverage.  You will receive all original files on a disc at the end of the night, a DVD slide show of all the ceremony and formal portraits set up at th reception for all guest to view. Plus you receive a Mezzo album with 20 - 4x5s of your choice!  $1500.00
